WELCOME
TO THE INFO SITE
for
The Curse of Ra Fun Club!
If you are a fan of
the wonderful board game "The Curse of Ra", then you have come to the right
place.
The club's home is
on MyFamily.com. It is a friendly place for members to upload their own
levels, host and participate in competitions, get acquainted with each
other at fortnightly group chats (with the added bonus of the game's creator,
Philippe Mussler, dropping in occasionally), write reviews of their fellow
members' levels and perhaps forge lasting friendships.
The club was founded
by a handful of Ra enthusiasts in August 1999 and has now expanded to a
membership of 36. It currently boasts a collection of 600 levels, each
level unique and reflecting the originality and creativity of it's members.
New levels are added daily and the various competitions also produce a
wide range of interesting and fun levels.
There are only 2 conditions
which you have to fulfil in order to join the club:
1. You should be a
registered user of the "Curse of Ra" and have solved most of the 50 levels
in the game.
2. You will need to
make at least one entry level of your own, using the Level Editor feature
in the game.
If you have fulfilled
these conditions and would like to continue playing the game for a long
time to come, you are now ready to join the club!
Write me an email (you
may use the link in the menu) and attach your level. The email should mention
your full name, date of birth, country and the email address you prefer
to use when in contact with the club.
Shortly thereafter,
you will receive a User ID and Password which will give you access to our
club site, located at MyFamily.com.
In addition to the
background info on the club, I have also put together some pages on ancient
Egypt. I invite you to explore these pages at your leisure and I hope that
after reading about what the club has to offer, we shall soon be welcoming
you as the newest addition to our growing "family."
HOPE
TO SEE YOU IN THE CLUB SOON!
