Norwegian burgers

both lunch and dinner.

Ingredients:

500
grams (1 lb) lean beef stew or minced beef
2 tablespoons of potato starch or dried potato
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup of milk
Butter and salt

Mince the meat twice, then
mix with the dry ingredients.
Gradually add the milk. Make flat round cakes of about 90 grams (3 oz)
each, then fry on both sides in butter. Serve with fried onions, boiled
potatoes and vegetables. Serves three to four persons.
