12 1/2 grams butter

25 grams butter |

grams plain flour
250 ml milk

4 - 5 potatoes

Preheat oven to 180
degrees C.
Peel potatos, cut in half and
gently simmer in
boiling salted water.
Finely chop onion and prepare
fish by removing
bones and skin, then place onion, butter and fish in small bowl.
Microwave for 2 - 3 minutes.
Melt butter, add flour and cook
for 2 minutes
to make a roux.
Gradually add milk and bring
sauce to the boil.
Add the fish and pour into an
ovenproof dish.
Test the potatoes to see if
they are ready and
drain, mash and beat in a little milk and a knob of butter.
Cover the fish with the
potatoes and brown in
oven.
