Ingredients:
.
1/2 litre of sour milk
1 dl sugar
4-5 eggs
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder (optional)
3-4 dl flour
.

.
Take the milk, eggs and sugar and stir for a little while. Take some of the flour and mix in the bicarbonate and vanilla powder. Put more flour in until it loosens from the edge of the bowl. (It needs more flour than you may think.)
Put mixture into a cool place for 1/2 an hour and then put some into a frying pan until cooked. (Each lap should be thicker but much smaller than a pancake. An ordinary frying pan will room two - three laps.) When the laps are ready, serve them with butter and jam or sugar. (Or brown goat cheese from Norway.)
